The Self-Perpetuating Hatred

· 2 min read

Why Misogyny and Misandry could equally cause harm to both men and women.

To give you the context of what is happening in modern society:

  • Women are accusing ALL men of being the same - liars, cheaters, dishonest people, and cannot be trusted.
  • Men are accusing ALL women of being gold diggers, manipulative, nagging, entitled bitch.

Here is the problem: Each side judges the entire gender group based on the actions of 10-20% of both sides. For example, men who abuse their wives are most likely just 10% of the total male population. While women who were gold diggers are most likely just 10% of the total women population.

Yet, each side is projecting that hatred toward the other group including the other 80%.

There are other complications of this. Imagine a mother-and-son relationship wherein the father is absent, and you were raised by a mother who verbally says all her hatred towards men. As the boy grew up, this is the identity of what a man he thinks should be. ( kids don't understand sarcasm).

The boy in the future will project that hatred toward women, whom he thinks negatively thinks about him. Marries her, and betrays her.

The cycle went full circle and the emotional violence won't stop...

The solution? Raise your kids right, and do not plant seeds of hatred towards other genders. It will not fix the current generation of men and women, but it will produce a better father and mother for the next generation.

The other way to view this is if a boy grew up in a household wherein his father is being disrespected, nagged, and cheated on. That boy will most likely find the idea of being married repulsive knowing he will suffer the same fate as his father. The best way to convince future fathers to be good husband is to treat the current generation of husbands right.
